A personalized meal plan takes the guess work out of what to eat while introducing you to new, delicious foods and recipes that are destined to become family-favourites. I offer four different meal plan options and accommodate all diets (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low FODMAP, low histamine, paleo, keto, and more). Whether your looking to shed some weight, cleanse or detox your body, boost your immune system, eat more plant-based meals, support stress/anxiety, sugar-free, paleo, vegan, prenatal/postnatal, anti-candida, support your gut health, boost your mood and energy or just simply eat healthier! There is a meal plan for everyone!

I ask that you first fill out a short assessment form to help me better understand your current lifestyle. This will cover your current typical diet, any allergies and food sensitivities that you’re aware of, meal schedule, ideal time spent in the kitchen, favourite foods etc. The form will also cover some questions about your personal preferences, your lifestyle, dietary restrictions and your health goals. With this information, I will able to build you a customized meal that you will love & leave you feeling satisfied from all the easy yet delicious meals you’ll be enjoying!
