Have you ever tried to make your own homemade tortillas? 🤍 To be completely honest I’m usually stocked with @sietefoods grain-free soft tortilla wraps but as of lately it’s been difficult to keep them stocked with online orders taking weeks to be delivered🙄. I’m kind of glad I ran out though because I whipped out an old recipe and let me tell you… These #paleo #cassavaflour tortillas are SO EASY to make and absolutely delicious! They are super chewy and taste just as good as a regular flour tortilla only their #glutenfree and easy on the tummy 🤗🥙 we’ve been enjoying them all week for lunch and dinner!!🌟

All you need for these bad boys are:
• 1& 1/2 Cups cassava flour @ottosnaturals .
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
• 3/4 Cup warm water plus more if needed
🌮🌮🌮.

Instructions:
1) In a large bowl whisk together cassava flour + sea salt + garlic powder.
2) Add oil and warm water. Knead dough until thoroughly mixed. If it seems to dry add a little more water.
3) Divide dough into 6-8 equal portions (depending on how big you want them). Roll each portion into a ball and place between two pieces of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, role dough until it is 1/8 inch thick and about 4-5 inch diameter. *If you have a tortilla press you can use it instead! Repeat with remaining balls of dough.
4) Heat a dry skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cool each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side, or until it begins to bubble.
