I am definitely loving this 2 minute overnight oats recipe at this moment, like I can’t get enough! toppings are endless, and it’s jam packed with fiber, protein and complex carbs to refuel this mama after her morning workout!
All you need is: 1/2C sprouted rolled oats + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 1 tbsp hemp or flax + 1 scoop @genuinehealth vegan fermented vanilla protein powder + 1 tsp pure maple syrup + 1/2-3/4C nut milk of choice (i use homemade cashew). stir and shake and seal a tight lid on top. put it in the fridge overnight. in the morning add your fav toppings like local fresh fruits, cacao nibs, coconut flakes and nut butter 🍓🥥🍌🍫🥝
