Picked up some local strawberries yesterday so you know what that means! I’ll be enjoying pints of them all weekend long! This Ovulatory Strawberry Almond Protein Smoothie Bowl is especially lovely for those looking to naturally boost fertility and support their bodies during this 3-5 day phase.

What you’ll need:
+ 3/4C frozen or fresh strawberries
+ 1/2 small green banana (low in sugar & high in dietary fiber)
+ 1/4C plain milk style kefir (or sub unsweetened yogurt of choice)
+ 1/2C unsweetened almond milk (more or less depending on consistency preference) *start with less and then gradually build.
+ 1 scoop @genuinehealth Fermented Vegan Vanilla Protein
+ 1/2 tbsp almond butter
+ 1 tbsp ground flax
+ 1 tbsp chia seeds
+ 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
+ 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
*Ice cubes – optional

Place everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy this gorgeous weekend guys 🌞
