started my sunday with a full hour or yoga and meditation ♀️ slow & oh-so-peaceful. then enjoyed a delicious warming bowl of my coconut butter proats and a soothing matcha before I headed out for a blissful brisk walk while listening to @stevencabral Ayurvedic podcast. post walk i decided to treat myself to a calendula + lemon facial steam followed by an exfoliating mask treatment and OMG I feel brand new ☺️.

listening to all of my bodily cues today including my cravings for this Cherry Chocolate Almond Smoothie made with 3/4C organic frozen cherries + 1 heaping scoop of @manitobaharvest chocolate hemp yeah! protein + 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder + 1 tablespoon almond butter + 1 tablespoon flax seeds + 1C unsweetened almond milk. BLEND ON HIGH top with extra cacao nibs and enjoy.
