- 1 tablespoon organic cacao powder I Like to use Organic Traditions brand.
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
For the Pumpkin Pie Pudding
- 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts I purchase mine off naturamarket.ca
- 1/2 cup BOB's (1 to 1) Gluten Free Flour
- raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for topping.
